The OCS I/O is a new Horner I/O Series with flexibility and modularity

- Completely Autoconfiguring in most applications
- DC In, AC In, DC Out, Relay Out, 4-20mA, 0-10V, Thermocouple, & RTD Support
- Similar in Size to SmartRail – which is NOT going obsolete

- 1 Universal Analog Input (0-10V, 4-20mA, TC or RTD)
- 1 Analog Output (mA/V)
- 2 Flexible Inputs (can be configured as digital or analog)
- 5V, 12V, 24V inputs or custom thresholds
- mA/V configuration as analog inputs
- 2 Digital Outputs (2A each)

OCS I/O
OCS-I/O is a modular I/O system for OCS offering a fieldbus network (CsCAN) from the CNX116 base. It is a flexible I/O system that can be applied as a local expansion I/O or as remote I/O distributed over hundreds of meters.
The CNX116 Base contains the network connection and a small amount of additional I/O. Further I/O can be added from a range of additional modules allowing up to 7 modules per base and 16 Bases per network.

HE959DIM620 – OCS-I/O 8 Digital AC Inputs module. 90-240VAC, 1 common per module
HE959DIQ512 – OCS-I/O 4 Digital DC Inputs, 4 Relay Outputs module. Positive/negative selectable logic per input. Up to 3A per relay, up to 120VAC
HE959DIQ616 – OCS-I/O 8 Digital DC Inputs, 8 Digital Outputs module. 12-24VDC, positive/negative logic for inputs, positive logic for outputs
HE959DQM502 – OCS-I/O 4 Relay Output module. Up to 8A AC or 5A DC current per relay, up to 240VAC
Please note: OCS I/O is not compatible with the 15 “XL+ OCS
