OCS360 Set Up
Easy to Set Up, Simple to Use
Cscape 10.1 SP1 and FW17.20 or later is required to use OCS360
Set up in just a few simple steps:
1 – Enable OCS360 in Cscape – Start by linking your controller to your OCS360 account. This involves a quick device authorisation step to ensure only approved devices are securely connected to your cloud account.
2 – Configure Data Points – Easily select the variables you want to track. Whether it’s temperature, pressure, or machine status, it’s as simple as choosing them from a list.
3 – Connect to the Cloud – The controller connects directly to OCS360 using its built-in Ethernet port, sending data securely to the platform, no need for extra hardware or VPNs.
4 – Access the OCS360 Web Portal – Log in from any browser to see your data in real time. Setup is fast and intuitive, even for first-time users.
5 – Add Your Device to the OCS360 Portal– Add the MAC ID of your OCS to the Portal to easily link it with your OCS360 account. Once your device is added, you can immediately start creating dashboards.
6 – Create Dashboards with Ease – Use the drag-and-drop editor to build your own custom dashboards. Choose from gauges, trend charts, indicators, and other widgets to visualize key metrics. No programming skills required.
7 – Set Alerts and Notifications – Configure alarms and get notified when something goes out of range, helping you take action before problems arise.
8 – Share Access with Other Users – Easily share real-time data, dashboards, and alerts with others in your organisation. OCS360’s user management tools let you assign custom permission levels: from tenant admin access to view-only, making visualisation and collaboration both simple and secure.

- Enhanced Subscription Management
Easily upgrade or downgrade your subscription, add or remove devices, and manage add-ons – all with support for both credit card payments and vouchers.
- Remote Connectivity
The new OCS360 Remote feature allows you to connect to your OCS device using Cscape from anywhere. You can now perform program downloads, uploads, and debugging remotely.
This feature is available with annual or monthly subscriptions.
- Widget Improvements
- New Static Label Card widget for adding titles and section headers to dashboards.
