Horner Automation Group is pleased to announce the upcoming OCS360 cloud-based visualization platform. OCS 360 will offer cloud-based features for real-time data visualisation, remote connectivity, and advanced analytics. Additionally, OCS360 leverages AI and ML for advanced analytics, supporting functions like anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and operational optimization, allowing for smarter decision-making and efficient management.

 

Cloud-Based Visualisation.

OCS360 dashboards offer an intuitive drag-and-drop interface with a diverse widget library, allowing real-time data visualisation of data received from OCS devices using the MQTT protocol. Users can customise layouts, and display device values and attributes. It also allows users to integrate advanced rule engine functionalities for rule-driven actions. With responsive design, sharing options and interactive widget features, these dashboards empower users to create dynamic visualisations and analyse historical data.

 

Remote Connectivity

The OCS360’s remote connectivity securely facilitates the connection of Cscape for remote troubleshooting, program and firmware upgrades and WebMI pages seamlessly over the cloud. Remote connectivity will utilise end-to-end encryption, ensuring that data transferred between devices, servers, and laptops (PCs) is fully encrypted. Additionally, only certified devices will have access to connect to the server. Key functionalities include:
