Il controllore all-in-one XL6 Prime con lo schermo integrato touchscreen da 5.7” VGS TFT a colori, I/O integrata, networking opzionale, MicroSD rimovibile e porte USB. È programmabile con Cscape, il software certificato da Horner APG e può controllare svariati processi e macchine per applicazioni piccole e medie. XL6 Prime si presenta completamente equipaggiato con Ethernet a 100Mbps integrato in ogni modello. Non sono necessari accessori Ethernet. I supporti di Ethernet di EXL6 includono un Server Web integrato, Host FTP, Email, Modbus/TCP Master/Slave, Programmazione e molto altro.
XL6 Prime include sia una porta Host USB che una porta USB On-the-go, ognuna a velocità USB 2.0 (480 Mbps). La porta Host permette la connessione con FLASH drive rimovibili, e supporta drive fino a 2TB. La porta on-the-go fornisce l’interfaccia più veloce per le comunicazioni e per le modifiche “on line”. Il numero di IO dell’XL6 Prime è espandibile, non è limitata a quella integrata.

There are 4 high-speed inputs of the total DC Inputs. There are 2 high-speed outputs of the total DC outputs. Model 2, 3 & 4 feature 12-bit Analogue I/O. Model 5 features 14/16-bit Analogue I/O. High-speed Outputs can be used for PWM and Pulse Train Outputs, currently limited to <65 kHz. Model 6 Features a 14/17 bit Analogue I/O.
